GIS Specialist:
Geospatial Corporation, headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is seeking GIS Specialists with 3-5 years of experience with GIS and CAD technologies. 

Personnel in this position will be responsible for developing, processing, and delivering finalized GIS deliverables on systems used by clients both internal and external to the company. The ideal candidates will possess experience in one or more of the following areas:

• B.S. degree in GIS (or a related field, such as surveying or geography), OR completion of a GIS/CAD certification course or related field and 1-2 years of direct GIS experience, OR 3-5 as a GIS tech OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or support of Autodesk GIS products
• Experience with ESRI environments
• The ability to effectively analyze and interpret data from many sources
• Ability to develop and analyze linear referenced spatial statistics
• Familiar with creating report quality map products

Application Developer:
Geospatial Corporation, headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is seeking experienced Application Developers with at least 3 years of web development experience. 

Personnel in this position will design, develop, deploy, maintain, support, upgrade and troubleshoot a variety of web applications and systems used by clients both internal and external to the company. The ideal candidates will possess experience in one or more of the following areas:

• B.S. degree in Information Systems (or a related field) OR equivalent work experience
• Microsoft .NET
• PHP (.php)
• Microsoft Active Server Pages (.asp)
• JavaScript
• MySQL
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Oracle

GIS Field Technicians:
Geospatial is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is seeking GIS Field Technicians to work in most major cities throughout the United States, Canada and Australia.

Using proprietary technology and software, this candidate will be responsible for processing, calibrating and delivering finalized map sheets to the Client and or GIS department.

Job Duties:

• Collect and organize all data from the field
• Create and maintain project books
• Document and repair any problems within the data
• Analyzing results and assure data meets specifications
• Monitoring/investigating/fixing any failures in the processing system
• Report and document critical choices and problems to supervisor
• Prepare and ship data
• Repair and document any rejected data

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geography, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Personnel in this position must possess 5 years of professional experience producing interactivity with Flash, ActionScript, XML, JavaScript, XHTML/HTML, CSS, and the Adobe Creative Suite. Prior publications or communications experience is a plus.

• 3-D capabilities skills are a plus

The Regional Sales Technicians will be responsible for selling pipeline mapping services using proprietary technology and software to engineering firms, municipalities, utilities, and other pipeline operators.
